Stocks are rebounding after yesterday's losses. President Trump is scheduled to meet with the higher level Chinese delegation today, as signs point to progress being made on the Trade Talks. MBS is rebounding today, as well, as it's up 14bps. Mortgage Rates have improved a little bit today. Yields are now down to 2.66%.
